Client Services

"I believe that client service means going the extra mile for a client without being asked."

My background and what brought me here….

I am a native of Southern California. I spent my first year of college at Arizona State University, but was drawn back to the coast for the beaches, sunshine, and most importantly, my family. Fun fact: I went to the same high school as my mom and graduated from the same college as my dad (Go Trojans).

After college, I went into the client service/sales industry and found a niche in corporate event planning. For nearly a decade, I produced corporate incentive events and was able to travel around the United States. I loved seeing new places, strengthening my relationships with clients and seeing our visions become reality.

After getting married, I sought a career with more stable hours and less travel. I began working at a boutique financial planning and CPA firm. There I learned the positive impact that we can have on clients’ lives and the true meaning of client service. I believe that client service means going the extra mile for a client without being asked. When the owner/principal decided to retire, I knew that I wanted to stay in this industry and find a “home” like the one we built at my prior firm.

Upon meeting the team at Navigoe, I knew that I had found the right fit. From the first meeting, I was impressed by the dedication the team has to our clients AND to each other. I am extremely excited to be part of this team and to continue to strengthen our relationships with our clients.

Outside of work, I’m most passionate about….

My family and friends! My entire family is in Southern California, and we have a lot of loud family gatherings. We love impromptu get togethers whether it’s a movie night at home, making meals out of all the leftovers in our fridges, or celebrating milestones and accomplishments. These are my most cherished times.

When not in the office, look for me….

  • At home having spontaneous dance parties with my husband and kids
  • At an amusement park with my family
  • Listening to country music (or going to a concert)
  • Reading (if I can find some downtime)
  • Trying new restaurants with my husband
  • Wine tasting
  • Eating snacks with the kids

How I’m advancing my career knowledge…

I sincerely believe that we don’t know what we don’t know. In that regard, going to conferences, reading industry articles and being involved in client meeting preparation helps keep me abreast of all the latest trends, technology and procedures.
